  1. Seating: Seats are not assigned, so by arriving on time at the meeting time you will be able to choose your seat.
    – We will go and come back in the same seat.
  2. You can bring your own food or eat in the restaurants in the area.
  3. You will receive all the information and what to visit in the destination with the indications of our coordinator so that you don’t miss anything.
  4. Remember that no-shows and late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled, so please be on time for the trip.

What do I need to access the bus?

With your name and identity card. Also have the email with the reservation in case it is necessary.

Can I bring my pet?

You can travel with your pet, but it must be in its carrier in the trunk of the bus.

Occasionally on our trips there is a vehicle/van, where the pet can travel in the cabin.

You can ask us!

  • Guide dogs may always travel in the cabin with their accreditation.

Can I store things on the bus?

You can leave things inside the bus, but we are not responsible for lost items.

Can I pay on the day of travel?

We do not have this option as we have to have the exact seats on the bus as we cannot guarantee that you will have free seats on the day of travel.
