Lisbon, situated in an enclave between seven hills, this city is ideal for walking and getting lost in its streets. Lisbon’s lively nightlife, lively markets and vibrant museums provide plenty of options to enjoy at least once in a lifetime.

For its proximity, for its history, for its streetcars, for its monuments, for its bridges or just to get to know the world. There are many reasons to get to know Lisbon and even more reasons to want to come back.

Lisbon is one of the cities that attracts more visitors from Spain, and given its proximity and thanks to its prices, it should be an obligatory getaway for all those who want to know the neighboring country.

Before arriving in Lisbon, we will make a mandatory stop at the Belém Tower.

The Belém Tower is the most characteristic building of Lisbon, being the monument of Portugal, which comes closest to instant recognition.

The Belém Tower, in Manueline style, was built between 1515 and 1519 and is the work of Francisco de Arruda. In 1983 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The tower is located at the mouth of the Tagus and initially served for the defense of the city, but later became a customs center and lighthouse. It is located very close to the Jerónimos Monastery, so it is advisable to combine both visits.

  2. Remember that in order to register another person on the tour, you will need to provide their first and last name, and their identity document number (DNI/NIE/PASSPORT).
  3. The entrance to Lisbon is free from Spain by road, there are no immigration controls or passport stamps, but it is always advisable to carry an identity document such as your passport, nie or dni.
  4. The trip to Lisbon takes approximately 7 hours and has 1 or 2 rest stops of 1 hour in total.
  5. You can bring your own food and drinks, but remember that there are also many restaurants in the city, in case you want to taste the local gastronomy.
  6. Come with comfortable sneakers and sportswear, as you will be walking all over the city.
  7. The digital souvenir photo is a photo that our coordinator takes individually or in a group, totally free and then share it in the Whatsapp group of the excursion, we also upload it on our facebook page so you can download it.
  8. A private WhatsApp group of the excursion will be created, which will serve as communication, usually created the day before, so it is very important to verify that the WhatsApp number you add in the purchase is correct. If it is an international number you must also add the country prefix.

  1. Respect the schedules, as we are not responsible if the bus leaves without you or your group, arriving late to the meeting points. If this happens, there is no right to claim or refund.
  2. Eating and drinking is not allowed inside the bus, for that we will make rest stops.
  3. Walking in the aisles of the bus is not allowed and seat belts are mandatory on all bus routes.
  4. You may not leave anything of value on the bus, we are not responsible for any lost object.
  5. Conduct the excursion with responsibility and caution, take care of yourself!!! because in your free time you are under your own responsibility.

Cancellations

Yes, at any time, the client may cancel his/her participation in the excursion, being entitled to the reimbursement of the amounts paid. However, the client will have to compensate the organizer for the amounts indicated:

a) A penalty consisting of 25% of the total amount paid for management fees.
b) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within the week of the start of the excursion.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within 2 days before the date of the excursion.

To avoid these types of penalties, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for up to 24 hours.
