It was a gift from the Egyptian government to Spain in 1968. It was used as headquarters of the Republican army and is open to the public with guided tours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>3. You can see what the subway was like decades ago, with old advertisements, original ticket offices and period decorations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>5.
