Located in the northwest of the capital, Cercedilla is renowned for its meat, especially that from the Sierra de Guadarrama<\/strong>. The region is also known for its artisanal cheeses<\/strong>, such as Manchego <\/strong>and Cabrales<\/strong>, as well as a variety of dairy products like fresh milk and creamy yogurts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buitrago de Lozoya<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This historic town, which has preserved its city walls, is also well worth a visit for its food. Montejo beans<\/strong> are one of the specialties, although they are sometimes associated with other towns. We recommend you try the beans with black pudding, chorizo and local vegetables.
